On 18th July, 2021 I have ordered 3 sets of books by paying a sum of Rs. 1076/-. I got the two sets of books correctly and one set wrongly against order No. 403-6625754-8185111. My account with Amazon is not showing any orders in the last 3 months, therefore, unable to use their refund policy.
A book costing Rs. 190/- “Living Craft Traditions of India NCERT Class XI” was delivered instead of a set of books costing Rs. 603/- “Study Package for cibil services IAS Prelims Paper 2 with Super 10 Mock Tests (set of 4 books).
Their toll-free number is not working in this region. Lodged a complaint in their Twitter handle also. The reply is vague.
