Please be informed that I had ordered 2 seater + 3 seater Andres fabric sofa in Ash Grey colour on 4th June from their Studio in Banaswadi, Bangalore. However, when I received the delivery on 17th June, I was shocked to see 2 different colour sofas. Apart being different colour, the 3 has lot of fabric wrinkles and yarn poping out. Also the 3 seater is very light grey in color. They had delivered the sofas without any proper QC. When we asked the delivery person to take back the sofas, they said they only deliver and after the complaint, another team would collect the same.

Upon calling the customer care, your technician Ningaiah visited us on the 18th June and inspected the sofas. He confirmed that the color of the 2 seater is correct and the 3 seater fabric pattern and color is wrong with several defects on the fabric. He mentioned that and immediately escalated the issue to his superiors on call and sent them all the necessary details online and mentioned that they would replace the 3 seater sofa with the right color and fabric as per the fabric and color of the 2 seater sofa on priority.

However, till date as on 22nd June 4.15PM I have not received any call from the customer care/support regarding the replacement of the same. On the other hand I have couple of times called the customer care only to get fake assurance from them that the executive would call us and resolve this in 24 hrs. It is now over 5 days I am still waiting for the call and to get the issue resolved. Whenever I write the mail, I only get the automated mail from several IDs that it would be resolved in 24hrs!!. Their online support system of return or submit doesnt work at all. After we key-in all details and photos in their website, the submit button doesnt work at all!!!. This is how they cheat us and their return window closed in 7 days of delivery. The customer care is very very pathetic and I urge people not to buy any furniture online and NEVER from pepperfry.
