I just received an sms today “hello! Thank you for choosing to access viqzd2c_topup49c, you have been charged Rs.49. Your balance is Rs.65.83” though I haven’t activated any service. It has happened even before when they deducted amounts like Rs.5-10 which I ignored. But now it is getting serious as they don’t even bother about it.
