about my wrong deduction, still it is not resolve and from last more than ten days i am doing complaint .
I done complaint about wrong deduction from my balance .I recharged Rs 65/-on 24.12.18 in that call rate was having 1p/s ,pls find attachment.but deducting 60 paise for 1 sec or more .
As wel as 198 customer service also not connecting and repling properly,
Now a days no proper help getting from customer care.
Kindly do needful at earliest.
