My vodafone connection have been converted from postpaid to prepaid on 1st November 2018. I have a vodafone connection no. 9928862150 from 2014 postpaid plan. I requested for changing this no. from postpaid to prepaid 1st time on 26th October,2018 and 2nd time on 31st October,2018. This no. converted on 1st November, 2018. With any request the company deduct Rs.4 per day for MAZAA MOBILE pack. Why can I request this pack on 20.12.2016 where my plan has changed on 1st November, 2018. Company should return my money immediate.
