Text of Complaint by R.Muthukrishnan:

  1. My set top box went dead during July-Aug of 2019. Without watching any programme since then Tatasky has deducted some 2400 of my subscription amount.
  2. Three set top boxes failed during the 2 year subscription period.
  3. I was forced to pay for the fourth one which I refused.
  4. I requested for closure of the account which was promised during Nov.2019. Instead of doing that money has been taken from my account.
  5. Now I want my money returned and I’m ready for continuing the connection.
  6. If you dont want to serve me, you can return the subscription amount for the period I’ve not watched any programme. Since the set top box is dead how I could have watched any programme without one?
  7. Hope to receive proper reply from since no call is properly honoured.
  8. I want to continue the service and ready for paying for the new set top box. But I want the subscription amount taken from my account returned to it for the period I didn’t watch any program at all.
  9. Eagerly waiting to receive a reply.
