- My set top box went dead during July-Aug of 2019. Without watching any programme since then Tatasky has deducted some 2400 of my subscription amount.
- Three set top boxes failed during the 2 year subscription period.
- I was forced to pay for the fourth one which I refused.
- I requested for closure of the account which was promised during Nov.2019. Instead of doing that money has been taken from my account.
- Now I want my money returned and I’m ready for continuing the connection.
- If you dont want to serve me, you can return the subscription amount for the period I’ve not watched any programme. Since the set top box is dead how I could have watched any programme without one?
- Hope to receive proper reply from since no call is properly honoured.
- I want to continue the service and ready for paying for the new set top box. But I want the subscription amount taken from my account returned to it for the period I didn’t watch any program at all.
