My issues are as follows:-
Fast Tag – 1} SMS received for Rs. 100 {Rs. 55/- at 08:29:38, at SRIPERUMBADUR PLAZA and Rs. 45 at CHENNAISAMUDRAM PLAZA – TOTALLING RS. 100/- charged for 2 separate Crossngs on 6th October 2019 – There was no other TOLL to be paid en route Chennai to Yelagiri.
2} No SMS like in above for Return Journey on the 7th October 2019// {For this journey, I used the same route.} Though I found this strange, I did not think that anything untoward would happen, as I had a usable balance of Rs. 100.
ICICI Bank
I had gone to ICICI Bank to load my Fastag account. There I was informed that
a| My Fastag is showing a negative balance of Rs. 40/-. How is it possible that Onward Toll is Rs. 100 and that of Return is 140 ?
b| Though ICICI has DEBITED me for Rs. 1000 plus SERVICE Charge of Rs. 10/-, the Fastag still shows a DEBIT of Rs 40/- What happened to my Rs.1010 ?
We have been corresponding on these issues from November, and we have not progressed one bit.
It may be pertinent to add that my car is a connected car {Hyundai Venue} and all trips undertaken and logged.
Kindly send me the Email Address of a Competent Authority {both at Fastag and ICICI} who I can connect with to take this to an end.
