I have experienced an extreme trouble with Vodafone services.
I have recharged with PLAN 399 on 24th of September 2019 at 11:23 am but even after recharging i was unable to use my data hence I called up Vodafone customer executive on 24th September at 8:11 PM ( Service registration # 2568576480), she responded me saying there is an issue with Vodafone and it will be getting resolved within 2 days but the things remain silent in stipulated period, then again i called them on 25th September 10:39 AM some Vodafone executive told me you will receive a call from our technical person by today but I had not been responded call till 7:41 pm so then again i called Vodafone executive and told them to transfer the call to senior person and then the call has been transferred to Mr. Chandrakant (Senior) who directly said that he doesn’t have any technical knowledge but requested me to reset my phone and do some access point settings and was done accordingly but the issue remains stand still which enforced me to call Senior Mr. Chandrakant again as I am getting DATA USAGE ALERT in my browser when i am trying to hit the google.com. I have attached the screenshot for the same, even my data is 1.38 GB available it is visible in the Vodafone app, But very very unfortunately Mr. Chrandrakant (Senior) this time changed his wording and said EVERYTHING IS OK from Vodafone.
Now its 30th of September and i again reached them for my issue which is going on they told me that the process is still in process and they have raised a new complaint #2570216026
Now I am on a brink of conclusion from Vodafone Does they REFUND me this data which I never used?.
According to the Vodafone Executive I cannot port my SIM till 29th September, its like they are enforcing and not allowing me to change the service provider and remains with Vodafone service without getting any values of my hard earned money.
