First of All, Airtel is messing up big time. I buy data of #500 for 2gb 2 days binge data plan…bit I only get fractions of 2 gb, like now I got 1790 mb, i.e 1.79gb.
Second, Any time I buy any data plan I always cancel auto renewal, but I just got charged #100 for 200mb daily plan auto renewal from as yesterday…when I made such a purchase. I tried to go online to find a way to reverse the data to airtime, but *121*6# only shows bank codes for making airtime purchase. As if it isn’t enough I can’t reach Airtel customer care to tell them to help me reverse it….no customer service personnel….Airtel used to be very Wonderful but they are not doing good now. Please I am not satisfied with such service.
