I was looking out for a broadbamd connection and called airtel on feb 24th 2021to enquire on the same, they told me that airtel will be moving to fibernet by the end of march, so i took a broadband connection by paying 3 months fee together and started 3500+ amount. after paying amount they sent an engineer to install router n things where he told the fibernet will take more than 2 months. Now i was helpless as i already paid money, i had no choice other than accepting. So he installed, soon after installing it didnt worked hence i had to call multiple complaints n talk multiple times with customer on the same issue. But it didnt solved. And then on march 18th i received one more call giving me an offer saying by just paying 180rs i will be able to add 2 of my mobile numbers with my broadband connection i can just pay 180rs. So i agreed to the plan she told and she herself sent otp n with in 30 mins she changed my prepaid sim to postpaid sim. After 10days my airtel app was showing 422rs bill. I was told 180 but i was charged 422. Now after i paid 422 i decided i dont want the postpaid sim as well as broadband connection, now if i visit the store they are again asking me to pay 364rs. The airtel app is not working. Customer care has given wrong information, now if i call to customer care i m explaining the same thing to everyone. But none of them are helping to sort this issue i want my amount back.
