Text of Complaint by Nitin Dabhi:

Dear All,

 

My self Nitin Dabhi. I received a call from Ms. Anjali +91 98985 41395) on 6th of April, 2021 regarding portability from My exisiting company Vi to Airtel.

 

She has told me that you will get lesser around 100 rs in your monthly bill. And explained me about 299 + GST plan.

 

She explained me that our executive will come to your office then you have to give him or her 100 rs cash. Which will be deducted from your next billing cycle. So your billing amount will be 199 + GST on your first bill.

 

Now when i got my bill, i was shocked i saw that the plan amount is the exactly same which was in my Vi plan and in billing amount that 100 rs also not deducted.

 

And i tried since last 4 days no body is picking the call from Ms. Anjali side. Everybody said that we have proceed your request n all.

 

I was the customer of Vi since last 7 years but due to your commitment i changed my mind and move to Airtel. But now i feel that your commitment was very much wrong.

 

Kindly resolve this issue before my bill payment date. Else i have to do further ahead some process.
