Hi,

I am using this vodafone postpaid number for very long time and  happy with that.But recently i had a wrong commitment from customer care and they are not ready to honor the same.

On 29th August 2020.i requested for Portable.since the Vodafone dose not have  E-sim Facility for the customer.and i got a call from customer care the name is Jasmine and i have her number also.on 3rd sep 2020 stating that we will be launching the E-sim facility to the customer in one or two months.And she said that you no need to pay the bill until you get E-sim from vodafone.i said ok i will wait 1 or 2 months.So she ask me to send a Port cancel Request and i did it.After One month i have got the Bill for the Same and i have to pay the bill.

So i  called customer care and Raised a complaint against that same screenshot attached.Now they are telling that we could not able to waiver the Bill.If they Want conversation Recording on the same i will provide that.
