I ordered purple coloured i pad air 5 gen, 256gb on 12 aug. 2023. But flipkart delivered space grey coloured product on 17 aug 2023. I registered complain regarding replacement and delivery of the purple coloured item. But they decline my request by simply saying it was open box delivery and your request for replacement would not be intertained. However, on order details page, there is showing ” return policy valid till sat Aug 19.”
