Ordered sketchers shoe fully black, but received black with white sole, contacted customer care and they taken replacement order, in the replacement order they have sent wrong colour again, black shoe with white sole, I contacted customer service again and asked for replacement but they refused to take replacement order and they are asking me to take refund forcefully that is also after 3 days. I want the product. I have spent my 6 days for product and 6 hours speaking to customer care. Money is with them for 6days. I need right product asap.
