Hello Team,

As per the last conversion via phone call (+91 8879481008) you have mentioned that refund is not possible and you told that we will replace the sofa for the last time. Then you ask me to mention a few points on white paper and send it in whatsapp so that you will  send it to consun team. Also I have clearly mentioned over the call ( (+91 8879481008) with the person that if you don’t have the same colour then I clearly mentioned  at least send the sofa with previous color (Dark blue. Please see the attached image of Previous sofa which was delivered for the first time) and I have also sent you the same image for your reference in whatsapp along with points (Please see the image attached).
Again the sofa delivery attendant on 6th March was the wrong color. Again the mistake is from your side and why should I accept the sofa? When the sofa delivery boy called me I clearly mentioned please make sure you pick up the correct color sofa or not (Please see image of delivery boy and his number  +91 9591676479) .
Once delivery reached my address with the sofa I went down to check the color of the sofa. But it is not the right color.
Please talk to the person who discussed with me over call and confirm. As i agreed please if you don’t have the exact color that i have in Royaloak site then please send the sofa with Dark blue as i mentioned (Please see image attached with name “Sofa with Previous color”).
