I had ordered silk Nauvari saree online through Kalyani silk until the order was confirm they responded well in WhatsApp. Post receipt of saree on COD I was shocked to find a low quality and printed saree totally different from what was ordered n shown on their website. It has no traces of silk thread.After logging the complaint there is no response on mail n call, WhatsApp. They said courier man has delivered the same ordered product. Now they are not responding to complaint. One more the reviews on their website seems filtered n fake. I wrote the review which is not visible there.
