I have ordered a dress from the alizeh collective page. I received the product on 26th December 2023 and the dress is totally different and cheap quality at a higher rate. I texted them for the return and they said your return request has been submitted and and you will get refund in 15 days. But I didn’t receive any text message from the page about the return request. And now they are not responding to my messages they are leaving me in seen. This is fu*king ridiculous. Don’t they have the value of money of their customers.
