Text of Complaint by Syed Nadeem Hussaini:

I am using Vodafone  No:8884949786 post paid plan last many years but I am really disappointed because my outgoing calls has been blocked  some issue with regards bill payment which bill wrongly incurred and from  last some days I spoke to the customer care they told me to pay around 7k but suddenly they have wrongly charged me I tried call to call customer care but there is no response from them and I made payment of Rs.1000 you can check I haven’t use Vodafone services from last 2 months due poor service not even connect to customer care So kindly  reimbursement 2 months payment and extra charges from my bill to use Vodafone service further I hope that you will do needful for me active my Sim as soon as possible.
