This is with concern to my credit card with Axis bank, first of all half the time their app crashes due to which I had to make half – half payment and I made the payment in full, still I got charged heavily from the Bank, when spoke to the Manager – Sabiha- she apologised and confirmed that the payment would be reversed and would reflect in 3-5 business days, however that didn’t happen, I tried calling them back and spoke to the other Manager who’s name is Rajni Charan, he assured that he will listen to the call and complete the process of reversal and assured to get back to me in 3 business days, however that didn’t happen as usual these Managers lie and lie and state that the customer was unavailable now I had to call the 4th time and the Supervisor named Sanju who wasn’t really helpful.. didn’t connect me to the Manager but was torturing me emotionally so that I hang up the call and kept on saying that the reversal is not possible so I told her about what others Managers said but still kept on saying the same thing over and over again, so I told her that I’ll make the payment in full and cancel the card to which she said first I have to make the payment and then call them back.. this was too much for me to take as I have been their loyal customer for years and never defaulted in any payment.. I was shocked to get such a response. Also, I was already on a call for more than an hour and rather than helping me out she kept on refusing and after a lot of perseverance she connected me to the credit card cancellation department where I made the payment in full and got my card canceled.. It was emotionally draining experience and would never ever recommend Axis Bank to anyone! I need strict actions to be taken against such fraudsters!!
