I have postpaid connection of Vodafone with 349 plan of mobile nos.9978406624(Nos.issued by Govt.GWSSB Dept.of Gujarat) & in November 2011 bill company charged rs.880 as valueadded service down load but I never give request for this services , the company bill for this november -2018 is rs.1480/- my bill never cross 450 since last four years so .pl.deduct wrongly added chargs of rs.880 fro my bill & solved my porblem
