I have taken an Ola ride on 10th February, bill was Rs. 487, since mobile network not working at time of payment, i made the payment in cash of Rs. 500 to driver. But ola has kept rs. 487 outstanding in my app and demanding payment. I also asked there customer care to connect me with driver on a conference call so that i would confront the driver. But customer care of ola is not responding and keep asking me for payment. This is total harassment of a consumer.
