In Dec I was offerred a plan where I was told that 5GB internet will be provided with no extra charges. I said yes and then these problems started. I realised in my next bill that my rental plan has been changed and increased. Also the discount I was getting for last 8 years also stopped. Now I have requested to reinstate my plan. 2 concerns post this
1. Additional rent charges are not reversed
2. I am not getting my discount plan back
