Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that my Vodafone Post Paid no is -9973964999.
I am regular facing wrong billing issue with Vodafone.
Regularly follow-ups with customer care about my wrong bill and request for waiver.
Now again they generate wrong bill with charges applied.
Today I discussed with Vodafone Customer Care No-9811098110 ,then executive replied that we are unable to adjust or aive the amount of Rs.150/-.
Now as per new policy of Vodafone only one bill will be adjusted or waived in a quarter.
Also they trying to convince me that service was activated from my side which I denied because every month some service applied on my no and then I request to STOP.
In this way how a customer will survive with postpaid connection.
Please do the needful asap.
