Hello sir
I had booked new connection for multi tv on my subscription id – 1202787568 on 19/3/20.

At that time tata sky contact person has told me that multi tv connection will available at cost of Rs.1199 with 1 month hd subscription free. No any other charges i have to pay other than Rs.1200. So i ordered that and it was installed on 19/3/20.

As i also paid Rs 1200 by case to tata sky representative who installed new- multi tv connection on 19/3/20.

I am recharging my account on 18th of every month with amount of Rs 484. My last recharge was on 18/3/20.
But as my account shows that my account will expire on 3/4/20. This is in opposite to my regular recharge as it should due on 18/4/20.

So here i want to know why my recharge validity has expired too shortly.

My next recharge should be on 18/4/20 instead of 3/4/20.

I tried many times to tata sky customer care on 1800 208 6633 from my registered mobile no- 9979306832, but every time i could not contact tata sky representative as every time call was ended from their side even after waiting for 15 minutes.

Very bad service from tata sky customer care.

So here i want to know why they have deducted money or shortened validity on my account?
Tata sky customer called me about my query today on 5/4/20. They told me that it was misguided from their side at time installation of tata sky new connection on 19/3/20 and they feel sorry for that but they will not refund my money in my account what they have deducted.
So here i am writing complaint about this to you that tata sky have cheated me about my new connection charges. And they are not willing to refund money.

Waiting for satisfactory response from your side.
And take necessary action on tata sky dth to get refund on wrong charge they done.
