I had ordered Diwali sweets yesterday to Bhilai.My order was not delivered to the destination and I was charged with the cancellation fee saying that I cancelled the order which is not true.The delivery person did not reach the destination only and cancelled himself.I have a call recording too where you can check that I am telling to continue with the delivery but still my delivery was not made.
What kind of justice is this? My whole Diwali mood and festival has been ruined. I have been looted and cheated.
