I booked online tickets through paytm from Agra to Jaipur, the boarding address on ticket was (I S B T , transport nagar, Sikandra Agra).  when I reached there they told me that your bus will depart from Idgah bus stand Agra (Sheetal Lodge).

There is approx 14km distance between both the above address.

I missed my bus due to the wrong address on the online ticket. Which cost me initial loss of Rs 944/-& two hours late along with autofare 250/-.

Kindly refund my money back to my paytm account.
