Earlier I had a internet package of rs.250/- month with 20 GB internet data for my mobile No 9925240294. However, I had discontinued the for Rs.99/- month non-internet package. To my surprice I had received a bill of Rs.1430/- for the month of October 18 against the monthly charge of Rs.99. I have lodge the complaint against M/s Vodafone for this fraud bill. Accordingly some people from M/s Vodafone contacted me and agreed to reduce the bill for Rs. 830/- which was paid by me under protest. Now again I have receied a bill for November 2018 for Rs.706.47 paise against the actual charge of Rs.99/month. I can’t understand why this company making such fraud to make money by hook or crook. Kindly take up the matter with appropriate people to resolve the same.
