Dear sir,

I am using vodafone number 8860014949 since long under the plan Rs 199 but suddenly the rental has been changed to Rs 499 without of my permission.

I have visited vodafone store to get it rectified but the refused stating that I need to contact customer care. And customer care is unable to revise the bill.

The bill amount is Rs 1300 which is not feasible in the era where calling is very cheap.

Please help in resolving this issue as they are forcing me to pay the amount through collectin calls.
