My father only used one mobile number but they added second number and charged him for 2 numbers then we complaint and cancelled the number but again they charged for 2 numbers.. We visited the gallery but they said that the number is already there…and without used again they charged us for 2 numbers…we requested them to change our number to postpaid to prepaid. I visited gallery 3 days but till now they doesnt change our number to prepaid connection..we already submitted documents and paid 300 rs for prepaid number…but executive saying me bhul gaya…kal aa jao..aur extra documents lagenge (facing this problem to vodaphone santacruz west galley)
