I don’t have international calling on my mobile . But the bill shows that ,I made three calls to UK & Malaysia. Due to which around Rs 550 was shown extra in my bill.
When O complained to customer care, your personal told me that they will take the issue to their higher officer and come back to me. This is the response , l am getting for the last 5 days.
Till date I am waiting for their response. Meanwhile the last date for payment has come. In order to disconnection of my services, I will pay the bill today . Hope my complaint will be looked into and resolved to my satisfaction.
