Text of Complaint by Vanshika Aggarwal:

I have been harrashed by RBL credit card team for payment of Rs. 11883/-, which is wrong billing.
they have raised me card renewal fee 6 months back and at the same time I have surrendered the card saying renewal charges are too much and I don’t want to continue with card. they have stopped/blocked my card with immediate effect, but renewal charges haven’t reversed and by keep adding interest & late fee it has reached to rs. 11883.
I have sent so many mails to c/care, called so many times to them, but there is no result and recovery agency people are keep on calling and behaving badly.
request court to help and close the chapter.
