This is about my postpaid no. 953953408 with Vodafone.
I started my travel on 22-April to China and prior to that I activated 2999 roaming plan to avoid high charges. But later I was charged 2500 for 20 MB additionally. As per plan it should not be more than 20 rs. I made multiple complaint to Vodafone by calling / email / twitter but they are very un-professional, I explained my problem more than 10 times, every time new executive call and ask me to explain the problem and once he understand he never come back and no resolution. More than the bill it is a mental trauma for a customer.How such operator can be allowed to work.
