it’s informed to you that I have never opted and used any VAS provided by you except missed call alerts on my mobile number 9920714636. But in july one fine morning I got that the services of my number has been barred. So I contacted the customer care on 198 and there I came to know that I have an unbilled amount of Rs 875 against amazon prime for further one year which I neither intended to use nor requested for the same. Then I got it deactivated from ur representative at cc. She assured me that the amount will not be charged to me in the bill and it will got adjusted. One more thing I have to say that I got it deactivated on 17 july2020 whereas ur complimentary plan was valid till 18 july 2020 as informed. My number is being barred again and again for the same reason for which I have made an complaints with ur CC. It has already 2 months passed but the falsely charged amount neither reversed to me nor adjusted in my monthly bill. Again and again I am being harassed by the msg, ivr calls and pre call anouncement threatening me to deactivate the services. Finally ur cc representative told me yesterday that the amount will not be reversed which is very shocking to me.
