Mr. Maan Ji, I had an account on Flipkart in which I also used Flipkart Paylater service but in February 2023 my Flipkart account got blocked. But after 10 months in December 2023, I received a reminder message from Flipkart. In which it was told that your bill of Rs 4625 for November 2023 is outstanding whereas my Flipkart account is blocked since February 2023. When my Flipkart account is blocked then how can I I can shop and how can any of my bills go due? I contacted Flipkart’s customer support a lot for this information but did not get any information from Flipkart. Flipkart asked to get in touch with its lending partner IDFC First Bank. When I contacted the bank they refused to give me any information. A notice in this regard was also received from Flipkart and a reminder message was received in which it was clearly asked to deposit the bill for November 2023. But my Flipkart account was blocked since several months before November. So why should I pay this bill which I never due? Attached is a screenshot of the reminder message and legal notice.
