I have purchased two Geyser from Amazon. Cost of geysers was Rs. 6370/-. Instant discount of 10% was there on HDFC card. So after discount I paid Rs. 5733/-. But the Bill provided to me was for Rs. 6370/-. There was no mention about discount on the bill. Hence the amount mentioned on bill and the amount paid is not matching. Issue was discussed with various persons on escalation matrix of Amazon. But they refused to correct the bill. They asked me to contact seller who is M/s. Laxmi Plaza, Kharghar Mumbai. But they also didn’t help me.
I want the bill for the amount which I actually paid to Amazon. How to get the correct bill.
