So, to start with, I have a Vodafone connection + 91- 953 801 1777, from April 15th, 2010.

And like any other long relationship, I and Vodafone were getting along…not great but fine. and During the course of 18+yrs, we got quite fond of each other and truly speaking it was great.

Having a stable relationship with 1 network for this long was really good. I felt settle and relaxed as I don’t have to worry anymore with the basic of human living. In short, we (I and Vodafone) were enjoying our relation with little ups and down and it was great.

But the actual issue started when I needed to go to Bahrain on 3rd of FEB 2019. I called customer care on 2nd to ask the Customer care Lady to help me with a plan for Bahrain (1 Week- as the business travel was for a week)

The Vodafone customer care lady suggested me a package for Bahrain which will give me 200 mins of call (Local+ISD, incoming +outgoing) 2GB Data and some SMSs). And it would charge me 2999 for the week. I really loved it and asked her to activate the same on 2nd night (as my flight was 2:00 AM on 3rd Feb 2019). Everything was great and I was happy.

I landed Bahrain and things were beautiful, the issue stared on 3rd as I got my first SMS stating

“Dear Customer, you have consumed 20.13 MB of data while roaming internationally in your current bill cycle.”

“Dear Customer, you have consumed 40.14 MB of data while roaming internationally in your current bill cycle.”

On 4th of Feb 2019, the internet got disconnected and when I called Customer care, they told “As they are facing some problem(internally), I need to drop a mail stating my internet issue.” I did the same and received below SMS:

“Thank you for writing to us. We have received your e-mail and will respond to you within 1 working day. Regards, Vodafone Enterprise Team.”

On the same day, Vodafone disconnected my Mobile network and crippling me in a foreign country and losing the business.

I somehow survived Bahrain and reached Bangalore on 6th Feb, from then onward the issue is going on.

After coming back to India, I have raised multiple queries to Vodafone, but each of them is closed without any resolution and information (this is horrible)

Above are the only complaint which is register in Vodafone website and I and Sure that the customer care hasn’t logged in all cases and calls from My end. And this issue is driving me Nuts now.

And now I started getting calls from the Vodafone collection/Payment agencies for the payment and I Tried explaining to them that the issue is still open, but as usual these guys are rude and use abusive language. Do assist.
