Dear Madam/ Sir,
With due honors I submit the following complaint and request with justification for your needful action against the wrong bill generation in favour of Mobile number 9958680916.
I have shown the Bill generation and payment status for the last six month which were available through your Vodafone app and also for other moths as per my online payment records.
By this the bill payment for every month has been made for the generated amount without having any pending amount.
In the month of October I was reminded for bill payment through sms for an amount Rs.352.82 which is available through your Vodafone app till now which has been later morphed on cover page Rs.705.06, open the file the amount is same as I was conveyed through sms(Screen Shot attached).
Surprisingly the problem took birth due to this error crept by some means on enquiry and bill request to Customer care the soft copy of bill was also changed to adjust the error.
Then obviously the amount got added up in the next bill and I have paid Rs. 802.00 on 02 Dec 19 which was delayed due error query. Till 30 Nov 19 there was no mismatch of bill amount.
The problem only started on enquiry to Customer then the October bill has been morphed and my number was made “temporary out of service” which could not be understood as to why the phone number was kept out of service where the last date of bill payment was 07 Dec 19. This ruthless action may please be defined and compensated for the trouble.
Further it is requested to review and take necessary action against the concerned.
I further state that this mobile number is linked with my daughter Priyadarshinee Nayak (Mob: 8860089708) and I have not neglected the payment for any way, hence may be reversed adequately.
