My monthly bill plan for airtel is 399 inr and they have charged me 14000 inr and they are claiming that I have used international roaming for which I did subscribed but it never worked , I complained for same almost 20 times while I was on roaming plan and everytime they said there is technical issue and will be resolved in 6 hours and they kept on doing this for 10 days until I was back , now I am getting blackmailed to pay the bill , which is unacceptable , recent complaint number is 31-4318447197008 , everything is on recorded line and can be verified where there technician agreed that issue is from there end .
