Text of Complaint by Sadhna:

I am having Airtel Broadband connection, and the last bill was higher than usual, I made a complaint before paying got no response. I emailed again after paying the higher amount and asked for clarification of the bill and refund/adjustment of the wrong bill amount. I also said I will not pay extra in the meantime till my query is resolved, and said to the temporary suspension of account to incur any extra wrong charges.

Now they have stopped service and there is no proper response, saying the discount of plan has been stopped and also I will be chared for the temporary suspension.

I have emailed them a lot still there is no proper resolution; they ask to use the Airtel app for such resolution, it is also not working.

Many times these service providers make changes to plan and charges and it is the customer who has to bear the trouble for getting clarification and rectify the mistake done by the unexperienced customer support team.
