Wrong bill amount added into my no.9909938218
Dear Service Provider,
Greetings of the day!!!
I have using above mentioned number from last 11 years, i have received this sim from my office and normally every month have pay Rs. 60 to 75 for it.
But between 27/01/2019 to 26/02/2019 as per billing cycle, you have charged Rs.1037/- extra.
When i have check with vodafone customer care and service center more then five to six times, they have told me that on 19/02/2019, Tuesday 11:33 pm you have dial ISD no.+266 66988214 (Country-Lesotho).
I have try to explain that this number is not in my contact list even an earlier i don’t have received any call or missed call from this number so, no any chance to first of all i have dial “ISD” wrong number and secondly total call duration was 61 minute (Is it possible?).
By mistake you have charged wrong bill amount to me so, kindly check and remove the entire amount from my number.
