Sir/madam

I BIVASH BISWAS USING airtel since 2005.
And using post paid connection last 6 years. I have 5 CUG Connections.
My personel no is 9002456261.
This month i see in my bill there is 4 boster of rs.99 each is added. Which i won’t add.
No conformition sms was in my phone also.
Next.
I call 2 times to customer care thay tole me we r arrange  call back for u.
Please take this matter seriously and solve my problem.
