This is regarding the Bill payment. There are some confusions and i need some clarification to sort it out. I have raised multiple complaint to customer service and all got closed.
Initial request was raised for Safe Custody on 9th September and they closed it stating Technical Issue and then charged me like below.
I have received a Bill amount of Rs. 7328 dated 03rd November 2019.
I have wrongly charged for International Roaming charge for 3999 which i have not selected, can you please change it to 1 day international package since i have used Airtel to call Airtel Customer Care for one day September 9th 2019.
I have been charged for 999 for Amazon Prime, which i was not aware or informed. Can you please reverse this as well.
Please send me an updated Bill so that i can do the payment at the earliest.
