Dear Sir/Madam,
I earlier informed that my wrong transaction of amount of 13000 not refund back.
ICICI bank tell me for wait for wrong beneficiary reply.After waiting of 5 months didn’t get the reply.
I already registered complaint in my Axis bank & ICICI offline & online. Wrong beneficiary account is lean till & that amount of 13000 already in account.His mobile number & email address not contactable.His branch located in Sakinaka mumbai & Address mention is Uttar pradesh. What will the procedure for refund?
