I had placed an order (Awb: SRTC6884448377) for LONG SLEEVE LINEN SHIRT PACK OF 4 at INR 999.00 to FACTION HUT, Plot NO. 46, Near DARAM, KANTA BA, DLI, NORTH WEST DELHI – 110042
Today, 11th August the product has been delivered to my address by Shiprocket through Ekart Logistics Surface and the courier person took INR 999 from me. I opened the parcel in front of the courier person and could not believe my eyes. Instead of the LONG SLEEVE LINEN SHIRT PACK OF 4, what I received was a DIRTY (UDED) SKYBLUE JEANS PANT. I say this (DIRTY and USED ITEM) especially since it does not have any brand or tag on it. I am surprised how the seller could do this. I suppose, the seller is doing this mischief regularly and customers are becoming victims of his misdeed.
Necessary action should be taken against the Seller FACTION HUT
