I have ordered “Wizpad Z1 Pro” in bookmytab website on 9th Jan 2021. I got a delivery on 12th Jan 2021. The delivered product was wrong one. Already used product (also having display issue) was packed and delivered to me. I am attaching the photo proof for the same. I called the number provided in bookmytab website and its says always busy. Mail also not delivered. By all this it is looking bookmytab is a fraud website. How to get the refund for the wrong product, please help.
