I received wrong and used item. I only had option for exchange and no return. Initied exchange via app. Today the delivery guy came home for the exchange but could not pick the item as it’s not shown as in the picture.. called customer rep she cancelled the return request Along with replacement and then asked me to wait for 24hours to create a new return request by selecting wrong item received. Flipkart Making customer wait for there mistakes.
