Hi sir,
i am jasvir singh 9988659488. I have a complaint for paytm mall product. I ordered lenovo ideapad 330 on 2 oct 2019 rs 34990 and its deliver 06 oct 2019.
1. The product as per image has a keyboard backlight but in my received product without backlight.
2. The product as per lenovo site billed on 01/05/2019 and warranty valid upto 01/04/2020 but i order this product on 2 oct 2019 so this is old product and paytm has done fraud with me.
I complained on paytm on 7 oct 2019 they gave me 2 days time after that i called on 9 oct 2019 they also gave me 48 hours n again i called on 11 oct they insured me to give resolution on 13 oct but no call back no reply when i call they just escalate my complaint but no resolution i fedup with calling on paytm mall customer care
I requested to you sir please do the need full
