Text of Complaint by Pooja Kakodkar:

I had order 13*2 i.e 26 tiffin boxes and paid Rs 4615 via order ID 694870633740. The logistics partner delivered a small packet containing 1 steel piggy bank on 16th June 2023 at 4.30p.m. I told him that the order was of 26 tiffins so it should have been a big box and not a small packet so I rejected to take the delivery. I also showed him my order on my meesho app. He said I have to take the delivery and then I can raise the complaint on customer care. I soon called customer care and raised a complaint in delivery boys presence but the customer care dint reply to reject order inspite I told them that the delivery guy is in front of me. I have the call recording of the conversation with the customer care as well with the delivery boy who was present in front of me at the time of delivery. Later, when I called the customer care they gave me 2 complaint no.s. One complaint no. 686913848171 for missing 13*2 i.e 26 tiffin boxes and other complaint no. 686914074654 for return of 1 wrong item delivered. But they didnot refund my whole money and closed the case. The delivery boy also picked up the steel piggy bank and only refunded me Rs.355. I told them to check the weight of the product that was delivered to me. 26 tiffin boxes weight will definitely be more then 1 piggy bank. Also they can cross verify with the delivery boy about the delivery package and what was in it as I had rejected the order first but due to his request I accepted. Also I can get the cctv footage from our society which is just opposite my house to know about the delivery package delivered to me. The missing order of 13*2 i.e. 26 tiffin boxes that I had ordered was not delivered to me and I was not refunded the full amount inspite I made multiple requests. I also requested customer care multiple times to reopen the case and to escalate this issue to higher ups but they didnot escalate nor did they transfer the to higher ups so that I can call nor did they reopen the issue.
