I ordered a Diesel Watch new combo deal GRAY (gunmetal) vide order No. SW81254 worth Rs. 1699 on 29th November, 2020 from WATCH VILLA.. but when I opened the box, it had fake fastrack watch not worth 100 rupees too. I want my refund back

Any idea how to recover the money?

I Ordered a Diesel Watch dial GRAY (gunmetal) with order No. SW9672 worth Rs. 1699 on 08th December, 2020 from WATCH VILLA.. but when I opened the box, it had fake childrens watch not worth 100 rupees too. I want my refund back

Hi! I hav ordered for JBL wireless Speaker and with that i was offered Free bluetooth….. But i hav received only a speaker of somether company as Y3 and no free gift as well

my order no #LW5152 and delivered Today 14 feb2019

Im unable to contact the company .. i would like to return the product and want to receive my refund again
